Unfortunately the hill session planned for Thursday has had to be cancelled. Hopefully it will be back on next week.
The interval session for Thursday will be an pyramid session
1 min – 30 secs recovery
2 min – 1 min recovery
4 min – 2 min recovery
6 min – 2 min recovery
4 min – 2 min recovery
2 min – 1 min recovery
1 min – 30 secs recovery
This may end up being more a test of setting your watch correctly but let’s see how it goes!
