1 min run  – 30 secs recovery

2 min run – 1 min recovery

4 min run – 2 min recovery

6 min  run- 2 min recovery

4 min run – 2 min recovery

2 min run- 1 min recovery

1 min run –  30 secs recovery

Hope this makes sense to you.

This may end up being more a test of setting your watch correctly but let’s see how it goes!
