Good luck to all our graduates for the Park Run tomorrow. Remember your barcode and trainers! We will meet you at the start at 8.45am. Please remember to wear your graduation t shirt – if you haven’t had yours Jayne will have it at 8.45am. To get the most from your park run do a good warm up and don’t set off too fast. It is a 2 lap course (roughly) so you can always go faster on the second lap. See you there and enjoy!
