Hope you have all had a good week and enjoyed the extra hour that you have got today!
It was good to see so many of you taking part in the Dymock Virtual 10K. Well done to John Townsend and his team for putting on the event. Let’s hope that next year it will back to it’s normal format.
Here are some photos from yesterday.
You all looked as if you had a good time. Well done to Roy Davies and Debbie Hitchman for completing their first 10k’s.

When you meet up to run, please remember to maintain a social distance.
We have 2 groups at Gentle Joggers and Easy Runners pace. One at Runners pace but with a leader available if there are people on the reserve list this week.
Obviously putting on more groups does stretch our lead runner numbers so if any of you would like to volunteer to lead a group – whether as a regular leader or just occasionally, please talk to either your lead runner or let me know and we can fill you in on what the role entails.
Lead Runners for this week are:-
Sprinters – Holly Gourlay – please wear off road shoes and bring a head torch!
Runners – Mark Lister
Easy Runners – Tony Saunders and Sally Rooke
Gentle Joggers – to be confirmed
Jeffers – Helen Keegan
There is a limit to 5 runners plus a leader for each group with the exception of the Fast group which is 6 runners in total (no leader)
If, after signing up, you find that you can’t run on that night, please remove your name so that others can sign up.
If you could sign up by Monday evening, that will allow our Lead Runners to see who is in their group.
Please read our Risk Assessment and guidelines to Runners which can be found here.
