Thursday night’s session is as follows:-
2 mins hard with 1 minute recovery – to be repeated 12 times.
It is suggested to do this at 10K pace. You want to be running at a pace which makes you work but remember that you have to repeat this 12 times! Don’t go out too hard on the first one! Try and aim for the same point at the end of each 2 mins.
