Thursday Night Session – 4th November

Apologies for the lateness of this post.  Not sure where the week has gone!

Tonight’s session is:-

7 mins  x 2 mins recovery  – to be done 4 times.  In each 7 min session, you should try and pick up the pace a little for the last 3 minutes.  It is suggested that the first 4 mins is done at 10K pace and the last 3 mins at 5K pace.

We meet at the junction of Prince Rupert Road and New Mills Road (2nd turning on the left as you come up from Homebase) at 6:30 ready to go!
