The final race of the Summer cross-country league takes place on Wednesday 27th July at Westons Cider.
If you have agreed to help out with marshalling and/or set up – here are the instructions!
The race starts at 7:30pm so could you be at Westons for between 6:15pm and 6:30pm so you can be given your instructions and positions. If you are down for car parking duty, you may want to arrive slightly earlier than this.
If you can help with set-up, this will start at about 3pm. Please let Neil know on neilgrinnell@yahoo.co.uk so he knows to expect you.
I have attached the final race instructions and the marshall positions. The marshall position numbers correspond to the numbers on the map of race info.

If you cannot now help out, please let myself or David Bannister (d.bannister@yahoo.co.uk) know as soon as possible so that we can move people around and ensure all positions are filled. If you are not on the list but can help out, again, please let either David or myself know. It may mean that we can get some more runners out on the night.
If you have said that you can help with cakes, can you let me know roughly how many portions you will be bringing so that I can get more cakes if necessary!
