Session for 25th Oct at 6.15pm

5km training: 4 mins at 10k pace, 2 mins at 5k pace then 4 mins full recovery. Repeat 4 times.

10km training: 4 mins at 10k pace, 3 mins at 5k pace then 2 mins jog. Repeat 4 times.

Again Catherine, Sarah & I will be meeting at 8.15am at Homebase to do the session. Any one else want to do the morning session?
