Couch to 5k

Week 7 and more of the group managed to run the 3 miles continuously (and in the rain!). Your homework is more of the same. Try to do at least 2 miles once or twice before we meet next Tuesday. Remember it is our social (sausage & chips) after the week 9 run – Nov 20th. This is when we present you with your C25k t shirt! We will be collecting numbers next week.
