Just one session to go and then November 24th is our Park Run at Newent! (meet at 8.45am) I hope you are looking forward to this as much as we are. If you haven’t managed to keep up with the programme, no worries – I’ll let you into a secret….you are allowed to walk in the parkrun.
Next Tuesday 20th is our graduation celebration…sausage & chips after the run (there’s a rumour we might get some apple crumble too!)
